Durham, 43, of Sellersburg, will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan 17, at Garr Funeral Home, with burial in Daisy Hill Cemetery in Borden. He died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005, in Galliano, Louisiana. He was a native of Memphis, a graduate of Borden High School Class of 1979, a 12-year member of the U.S. Air Force, still serving in the reserves, a life member of the VFW Post 6636 Salem and was employed as an Engineer for the Tidewater Co., Louisiana and Texas. Survivors include his wife, Guibui Durham, Houston, Tex.; a step daughter, Susan Ye, Houston, Tex.; his father, Carl P. Durham, Sellersburg, his step mother, Marion R. Durham, Sellersburg, a brother, Kenneth G. Durham, Florida, three step brothers, Ricky L. Hicks, Corydon and Mark J. Hicks and Robert D. Hicks, both of Memphis; and two step sisters, Karen J. Biery, New Albany and Gloria K. Walsh, Charlotte, N.C. Visitation at the funeral home will be from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, and after 10 a.m. Monday. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Legion Post.
