Frank graduated from Kemp High School at the age of seventeen. Following graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy; and for the next two years, he was involved in the Pacific efforts of World War II servicing Naval aircraft.
He worked for Sherwin Williams, Glidden Paint and was top salesman for Pittsburgh Paint.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty, of 64 years and their son, Lynn.
