Mrs.Annie E. Owsley, and Estimable Woman, Dies After Long Illness.
Mrs. Annie E. Owsley, sister of Dr. Deering J. Roberts and the late Albert Roberts, died last night at her home on Manchester street after an extended illness. Mrs. Owsley was the widow of Judge John Q. Owsley, of Burkesvill, Ky., but much of her life had been spent in Davidson County, where she was well known and highly regarded, her family being among the prominent ones of Nashville. She was a lifelong member of the Christian Church, and interested in its activies until her health began to fall some years ago. At the time of her deah she was 68 years old. Mrs. Owsley is survived by the following children: Chas. Q Owsley, Dr. John Q. Owsley and Miss Kate Owsley, of this city, and Albert Owsley, of Knoxville.
The funeral arrangements had not been announced last night.
