JAMES F LENAHAN
Mr James F Lenahan of Middle Road, Cutchogue, passed away at his late home on Monday, January 2nd. He was 84 years of age, having been born in Ireland on May 23rd, 1871. Mr Lenahan was a farmer and had resided in Cutchogue for 45 years.
The Rosary will be recited at the Rogers Funeral Home on Friday evening at 8 o'clock. A requiem mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Church, Cutchogue on Saturday January 7th at 9:30 am by the Rev John C Brennan, pastor. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cutchogue under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
Mr Lenahan was a devout member of the Sacred Heart Church and of the Holy Name Society, whose members will act as pallbearers.
He is survived by his wife Margaret; two daughters, Mrs William Newham and Mrs Thomas Newham of Patchogue; three sons, Bernard of Cutchogue, John of Mattituck and Raphael of Dorchester, Mass; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren,
