GRANDSON OF EX-GOV. ROSS
He Passes Away at the Home of Dr. F. H. Wilson in This City
Wilson Ross, 9 years old, died yesterday morning at 11 o'clock at the home of his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. F. H. Wilson, 505 Cherokee Street. Pneumonia was the cause. The little fellow had not been sick long and his taking off was almost entirely unexpected. The funeral will probably occur Monday.
Young Wilson Ross was the son of Pitt Ross of Albuquerque, N. M., his wife being the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. F. H. Wilson of this city. The boy was spending the winter with his maternal grandparents. He was the grandson of E. G. Ross, ex-senator from Kansas and ex-governor of New Mexico, now located at Deming. The family is well known here.
Pitt Ross and wife live at Albuquerque, N. M. Mrs. Ross has been telegraphed the sad news of her son's death and is expected to arrive here tomorrow or Monday. Grandma Ross, wife of the noted ex-senator, has been in this city more than a week at the residence of Dr. Wilson.
