Along with being a very loving mother and grandmother, she was regarded as a “neighborhood mother” who was greatly respected by the children in the neighborhood. She loved traveling, cooking and attending to her flowers. A good provider, she tutored while she babysitting. She possessed a great love for education and learning.
On Sunday, July 10, 2016, she surrendered to the will of the Lord while a patient at the Crisp Regional Hospital. Her husband, Mr. Isaac Adams, her son, Mr. Joseph Adams, and her siblings, Mrs. Quincy Rush and Mr. Leroy Smith each precede her in death.
