Mrs. Lelia Jane May, 90, a guest at the Allegheny Lutheran Home, Holidaysburg, and formerly of 714 Nichols St., Clearfield, died Thursday, May 19, at the home.
Born in Clearfield Oct. 30, 1897, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Olive Ogden Dale, who preceded her in death along with her husband, Frank B. May; two sons; one sister and two brothers.
Mrs. May is survived by two sons, Delmont May of Clearfield and Kenneth May of Pittsburgh; a brother, Lee Dale of Clearfield; two sisters, Pearl Confer of Clearfield and Clare Duff of Rockton; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A home maker, Mrs. May was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Clearfield.
Services will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Leavy-Valigorsky Funeral Home, Clearfield, with the Rev. Maynard Barnhart Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.
Family will be received at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow until the service at 10 a.m.
The family suggest memorial gifts be made to the St. John Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
