Born on June 18, 1942 in Phillipsburg, NJ, he was the son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Stull) Dugey and lived in Monroe County since 1982, moving from Phillipsburg.
Charles was a truck driver by occupation, and enjoyed boating and camping.
He is survived by two children; Charles R. Dugey, Jr. and wife Christine of Nazareth, and Randy Dugey and wife Karen, of Saylorsburg; a step-daughter, Brenda Kern and husband Chris of Sciota; a brother, Thomas Dugey Sr. of Phillipsburg, NJ; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois Jane (Donnelly) Dugey with whom he shared 36 years of marriage, and his second wife, Carolyn Ellen (Shuman) Dugey with whom he shared 19 years of marriage.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 10th, beginning at 11:00am at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Road, Easton.
