Suggested edit: The information you have concerning Mary E. Abney Phillips isn't correct. She wasn't married to Thurmond Phillips, her first husband was George W. Phillips married 3 Jan 1904, Rector, Clay, Arkansas. She had a son and daughter by George, Jewell Hester and Georgia Lee. George died in 1915. She married John William Christopher in 1920 and they had three children: Betty, George David 'C.D.' and Jewell. Mary and John are buried at Maplewood Cemetery, Marion, Williamson, Illinois. Here is her obituary to help with the changes I have suggested. Mary's mother was Elizabeth Boatright and I am researching the Boatright family more than the Abney.
