George A. Osten, 2500 South Ninth street, died at 5 o'clock June 13, 1932 at his residence. He was 63 years old.

He came to Springfield in 1911 and was the leading blacksmith with the Baker Manufacturing company.

Survived by wife, Rosa H.; four brothers, William of Plano, Ill.; James and Robert of White City, Kan.; and Edward of Ashland, Ky.; and one sister, Martha Wurtz of Ashland, Ky.

Funeral services were at the Full Gospel Assembly church, First and Adams street.

He was a deacon at the church.
