He married the former Pricilla M. Tussey, on April 13, 1965 in Germany. She preceded him in death on June 1, 1998. He is survived by a daughter Michelle Dockett, a son David (Amie) Dockett, 2 grandchildren: Amanda Martin and Jessica Nicole Dockett and a brother Wayne Dockett. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Jimmy, Bernard, Terry, Kenny and Bobby Dockett.
