Herman Holford, 97, of
116 East Main St., died today in
Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., in the Weldon Funeral Home, the Rev. Daniel Benedict, pastor of the Second Milo Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Seneca Union
Cemetery, Valois.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mr. Holford had resided in Penn Yan for the past eight years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.
Helen Newkirk of Penn Yan and Mrs. Bessie Reusher of Bingham ton; five grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
