Sarah and Micajah were married from
1804 to 1819, when she suddenly died.
They had four children:

William Binford (1804 - 1885)
Micajah Crew Binford (1812 - 1896)
Rebecca Binford Jessup (1814 - 1891)
Anna Binford Winslow (1816 - 1863)

After Sarah's death, Micajah went on to
marry Miriam Morris the following year.
