Frank Aaron, age 85, of Farmer's Branch, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at his home.
He was born October 5, 1922 in Lewisville to Grady H. Aaron and Bessie LeGrande Aaron.
Frank married Marguerite Durham who preceded him in death on June 3, 1996.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Iwo Jima Survivors.
Frank was a firefighter with the Dallas Fire Department from 1951 to 1975.
He is survived by his daughters, Marsha Aaron of Garland and Rita Dickerson and her husband Ben of Richardson; grandchildren, Johnathon Dickerson and Cassie Dickerson; sister, Jo Marie Renfro of Plano and brothers, Grady Aaron of Lewisville and Alvin Aaron of Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Frank was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Aaron on June 13, 2003.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008, at First United Methodist Church in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
