William "Bill" Wilkens Reynolds, 75, of Tulsa, Okla., a retired sales-man, died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2000, in Muskogee, Okla. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Oliver-Whisenhunt Chapel with Dr. Darryl DeBorde officiating. Burial will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Okla. Arrangements by Oliver-Whisenhunt Funeral Services. He was born in Athens, Ala., and had been a resident of Odessa. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He is survived by Leora Reynolds, mother of his daughters, of Tulsa; daughters, Judith Tucker of Tyler, Pamela Liton of College Station and Tenna Whitsel of Tulsa; sister, Olive Black of Ocala, Fla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
