Alice N. Mall, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 at her residence. She was 83 years of age. Alice was born January 5, 1933 to the late Fred and Lucille (Lilly) Robertson.
She graduated from Henryetta High School in 1950 and on Labor Day Weekend of 1951 married the love of her life, Bob Mall, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. They lived in Texas, Rhode Island, Virginia, Tennessee, California and Hawaii during Bob's Navy career and returned to Oklahoma after his retirement. Alice worked as a bookkeeper during these years and after moving to Okmulgee, she worked for Dr. R.D. Miller for 37 years. Alice loved dancing. She was a talented seamstress, having made most of her children's clothes. As a family, they enjoyed camping and spending time together.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Luana and three brothers, Bill, Bob and Burley.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Mall, of the home, a son, Robert E. "Bo" Mall of Henryetta, a daughter, Deanna Sue Price of Claremore, 4 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Darlene Griffith of Jane, Missouri and Donna Sue Dickey of Brush Hill.
