Mr. Brown passed away April 25, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 16, 1947, in Tyler. He graduated from Whitehouse High School. He was a welder most of his life.
Mr. Brown was a lifelong resident of Whitehouse.
He is survived by sisters, Sue Brown Ward and Mellody Brown Morgan; sons, Charles Wayne Brown Jr., Justin Brown; daughter, Crystal Lovell; grandchildren, Summer Brown, Tyler and Colton Moreland and Cayson Lovell; nephews, Danny and Kenny Kemp, Jamie Wright, Rodney and Bobby Jackson; and niece, Melissa Wells.
