Death came to Mrs. T.J. Burke at the M&M hospital at Marinette, Wisconsin last Friday morning. She had been in poor health for some time. Several weeks ago she gave birth to triplets, who failed to survive. The Burke family had resided in Marinette for a year.
Mary Aubry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. {Abraham} Aubry of this city, was born in Oconto, Wisconsin twenty-eight years ago.
The survivors are the husband
and two children, Bernard, aged 8 years
and Helen, 6.
She also leaves to mourn her early demise her parents, who were with her when she died,
two sisters: Antoinette and Ruth
and four brothers: Wilfred of Porterfield, Wisconsin; George, Demas and Clinton Aubry of Oconto, Wisconsin.
The remains of the young mother were brought to Oconto on the early evening passenger {train} Friday evening and were taken to the Aubry home and the funeral held Tuesday morning at ten o'clock from St. Peter's Church and her remains were laid to rest in Catholic Cemetery.
Those from out of the city who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Alex Belair; Mr. & Mrs. George Belair; Xavier Belair; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Blair; Mr. and Mrs. Hubert; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Goodwin and Mrs. Jerome Borden and daughter Marie of Marinette, Wisconsin; Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Aubry of Porterfield, Wisconsin; David Belair and Mrs. Clarence Nelson of Chicago, Illinois; Miss Frances Doran of Menominee, Michigan and Mr. and Mrs. J. Cheffings and George Cheffings of Suring, Wisconsin.
