Ed Miller Expires At Boise Hospital
Ed Miller, 68, died Friday at a local hospital. He resided at 1914 North Twentieth.
Mr. Miller, a resident of the Boise and Meridian area since 1918, was born in Dickens, Iowa, May 8, 1884. He went from Iowa to Montana in 1908 where he homesteaded until going to Buhl in 1917 where he resided until coming to the Boise area. He was a farmer and construction worker.
Survivors include four daughters, Jessie Miller, Mrs. Judith Baker, Astoria, Ore.; Mrs. Viola Johnson, Arcadia, Cal., and Mrs. Dorothy Matson, Seattle; one brother, Arthur Miller, Coos Bay, Ore., and two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Ames and Mrs. Jessie Cooper, both at Boise, and six grandchildren. His father, Albert O. Miller, died Dec. 24, 1952.
Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at the McBratney-Alden chapel with Ken Reese in charge. Interment will be at Cloverdale.
