Mrs. Louie Turner
Mrs. Louie N. ‘Margaret' "Boots" Turner, 54, of 4429 Murphy St. Hephzibah, died Sunday in a Richmond County hospital.
The funeral will be at 5 p.m. today at Poteet Funeral Home South, Windsor Spring Road, with the Rev. John L. Beck officiating. Burial will be in Hephzibah Cemetery.
Mrs. Turner was a native of Augusta and lived in Hephzibah most of her life. She was a retired employee of Gracewood State School and Hospital and a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Andy Turner; a daughter, Linda T. Goins; three brothers, George "Skeet" Williams, Jeff Williams, and Frank Williams; and two sisters, Mary Ellen Williams, and Elizabeth Montgomery, all of Hephzibah. Pallbearers will be Dewey English, Eddie Dobbs, Tommy Rider, Gene Turner, Al Alley and Andrew Williams.
