Dora was employed with the American Red Cross. She attended the New Beginning Tabernacle Church. Dora is survived by her children, Robert Luther Willoughby of Georgia, Charles Edward Willoughby of Florida, Marlene Gail Brown of Trenton, Ohio, George Russell Willoughby of Brookville, Indiana, Karen Lisa Hale and husband Ron of Tennessee, Nancy Ellen Napier and husband Terry of Hamilton, Barbara Kay Everman of Dayton, Kentucky, and Deborah Warf and husband Larry of Dayton, Kentucky; numerous grandchildren; two brothers, Wilson Bales and wife Margie of Cincinnati, Corbin Bales and wife Pat of Warren, Ohio, two sisters, Jackie Whittington of Kansas City, Missouri, and Frankie Dill of Florence, Kentucky; nieces and nephews.
Dora was preceded in death by husbands, Robert Luther Willoughby and Cass Nicholas; brother, Lloyd Bales; and three sisters, Kay Trudo, Brenda Bryant, and Doris Hundley. Funeral services will be held at New Beginning Tabernacle Church, 2561 Ramona Lane, Fairfield, at 10am on Saturday, April 7, 2007, with Pastor Charles Petit and Rev. Terry Napier officiating.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Family and friends will be received at the Webb Noonan Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South "D" Street, Hamilton, on Friday from 5-8pm. Condolences to the family may be made at www.Webb-Noonan.com
