Mr. Floyd Eugene “Penny” Bradford, age 65 of Hollywood, AL, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016.
He, along with his father Floyd, was the owner and operator of Bradford Carpets, which they started in 1969.
Penny is survived by his wife, Cathy Bradford; son, Clint and Valerie Bradford of Scottsboro; daughters, Candi and Anthony Grider of Hollywood, and Jamie and Chad Parker of Fackler; grandchildren, Emma, Cambree, Brylee, and Alivia Bradford, Cody (Tabitha) and Caitlin Grider, Owen and Breanna Parker; great-grandchildren, Weston and Kyleigh; special friends, Babe and Betty Talley; special cousins, Bill and Glen Bradford; his church family at Roach’s Cove Baptist Church; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ollie Bradford.
Visitation for Mr. Bradford will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 5-9 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro.
The funeral service will be Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 11 AM at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Day and Bro. Dale Haynes officiating.
Burial will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Garden
