He was Born May 7th 1933 in Newport Pa to the Late Harry M and Carrie (Snyder) Clay. He was retired from Roadway and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a Member of the New Bloomfield VFW 7463 and Newport American Legion 177.
Surviving are his wife, Faye "Young" Clay, Three Sons, Harry Jr of Duncannon, Robert E of Carlisle, and Steven of Newville. A Daughter Jean R Clay of Harrisburg.

Two Sisters, Norma Black of Carlisle and Phyllis Cassel of Newport, and Seven Grandchildren.
Services were held November 24th in David Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev: Tony Hill officiating.
Burial with Military Honors by New Bloomfield VFW and Newport American Legion, was in Newport Cemetery.
