BLANCHE CITTY
February 20, 1928 ~ August 23, 2016 (age 88)
Blanche Farmer Citty, age 88, of the Redland Community, passed away on August 23, 2016 at Paris, TX.
She was born February 20, 1928 in America, OK, the daughter of Walter and Nancy Farmer.
She attended the Redland Church of Christ where she had many friends. She was also Secretary/Treasurer for the Redland Community Building for over 40 years.
Blanche and Curtis Citty were united in marriage on December 7, 1947 at Dequeen, AR., celebrating 50 years together until his death in 1998. Blanche enjoyed her flowers, friends and family. She loved the outdoors and her garden and canning. She also loved to quilt.
Blanche was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Nancy Farmer; husband, Curtis Citty.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her children, Clay and wife Susan Citty of Redland, Charles and wife Kay of Redland, Cliff Citty of Redland, and Carey and wife Tracy Citty of Terrell, TX; grandchildren, Holly and Rusty Milligan of Paul's Valley, OK, Curtis and Tiffany Citty of Friendswood, TX, Casey Citty of Redland, OK, and Cara Citty of Terrell, TX; two great grandchildren and one step great grandson; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The Roy Rogers or the John Wayne of this time. I never knew your Mom or Dad but for you to turn out the way you did speaks volumes of what kind of people your parents were. And even better in not too long of a time we will see them again
