Coys Dale Ashcraft
Coys Dale Ashcraft, 79, of Rye (Cleveland County), died November 24, 2000, at St. Vincent's Medical Center at Little Rock.
Born January 13, 1921, in Bradley County, he was a son of the late Robert R. and Della West Ashcraft.
He was a member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church where he served as deacon.
He was an employee for Barnes Lumber Company and a retiree from Potlatch Corporation and was a Mason of Millcreek Lodge 178.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Lee Wooldridge Ashcraft, who died on October 31, 1996; a sister, Edith Ashcraft; and three brothers, Troyce Ashcraft, Curtis Ashcraft, and Mitchell Ashcraft.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary White of Calmer, Barbara Diane Martin of New Edinburg and Betty Rosegrant of Pine Bluff; two sons, Floyd Dale Ashcraft of Warren and Robert Coice Ashcraft of Sheridan; three sisters, Agnes McClain of Pine Bluff, Wilma Jean Adams of Coos Bay, Oregon, and Faye Rhett Mitchell of Glenwood; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Enon Missionary Baptist church at Rye with the Revs. Earl Stoner and Paul Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery at Rye by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.

Coys Dale Ashcraft, aged 79, of Rye, died Friday, November 24, 2000, at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Little Rock.
He was the widower of Robbie Lee Wooldridge Ashcraft, who died October 31, 1996. They were united in marriage on December 9, 1939.
Born in Bradley County on January 13, 1921, he was a son of the late Robert R. and Della West Ashcraft.
Mr. Ashcraft was a retired employee of the Potlatch Corporation and Barnes Lumber Company.
He was a member and deacon of Enon Missionary Baptist Church at Rye, and was a member of Mill Creek Masonic Lodge #178 at Herbine.
Mr. Ashcraft was also preceded in death by three brothers. Troyce Ashcraft, Curtis Ashcraft and Mitchell Ashcraft; a sister, Edith Ashcraft.
Survivors include two sons, Floyd Dale Ashcraft of Warren and Robert Coice Ashcraft of Sheridan; three daughters, Mary White of Calmer, Barbara Diane Martin of New Edinburg and Betty Rosegrant of Pine Bluff; three sisters, Agnes McClain of Pine Bluff, Wilma Jean Adams of Coos Bay, Oregon, and Fay Rhett Mitchell of Glenwood; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, November 26, 2000, at Enon Missionary Baptist Church at Rye, conducted by Earl Stoner and Paul Martin. Nadine Cranford was organist, Mark Vinson was soloist and the Enon church choir sang. Burial was in Union Cemetery at Rye, with Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
Active Pallbearers were Albert West, Dewey West, Hurley Ashcraft, Andy Evans, John Wooldridge and Randy Wooldridge. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Men's Adult Sunday School Class at Enon church, J. S. Gibson, J. Murray Young, and Robert Donald Curry.
