Dorothy M. Robbins, age 85, of Scottsburg, Indiana died Monday, November 27, 2006 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born June 4, 1921 in LaFollett, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Casper and Matilda (McNeely) Jones. Dorothy was married January 31, 1946 to William Howard Robbins, who died November 16, 2003. Dorothy was a homemaker, a member of the New Providence Baptist Church and was a resident of Scott County since 1947. She was also a member of the Jennings Township Conservation Club. Survivors include a son: George (Christine) Robbins of Scottsburg, Indiana and three daughters: JoAnn (Joe) Smith & Betty (Junior) Howard both of Scottsburg, Indiana and Judy (James) L. Milner of Kokomo, Indiana. Dorothy is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister: Bessie Bartley and three brothers: Boyd, Hershel & Walter Jones.

ROBBINS, DOROTHY M., 85, died Monday November 27, 2006. She was a homemaker, a member of the New Providence Baptist Church and the Jennings Township Conservation Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Robbins and several siblings. Survivors include a son, George Robbins (Christine); three daughters, JoAnn Smith (Joe), Betty Howard (Junior) and Judy L. Milner (James); 13 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral service: 11 a.m. Thursday at Collins Funeral Home, with burial in Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation: 4-9 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
