In the matter of Sarah M. Wall widow of Gabriel H. Wall dec'd late Pvt Co Ky 19 Regt Ky Inf for widow Pen 537.563. On this 29th day of March 1892, personally appeared before me Clerk Lincoln County Court in and for the aforesaid County, duly authorized to administer oaths James Yocum aged 45 years, a resident of near McKinney in the County of Lincoln and State of Kentucky whose Post Office address is McKinney Lincoln State of Kentucky well known to be reputable and entitled to credit and being duly sworn declared in relation to aforesaid case as follows: The affiants state that Gabriel H. Wall late a pensioner of the United States, DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON THE 3RD DAY OF DECEMBER 1891 near McKinney Lincoln County Kentucky. That they were present and saw him when he died. That they were also present and saw him when he was buried on the next day to wit the 4th day of December 1891 at or near the place above named; That they have personal knowledge of the above named detailed facts, because they lived close neighbors, and were present at the time & place afs. to give such assistance as the occasion required. They also personally know that the said Gabriel H. Wall dec'd was the husband of the claimant for widows pension herein. This statement is made as a reply to paragraph No. 1 in the circular issued by the Bureau of Pensions dated March the 23rd 1892 & which is hereto annexed & marked & made part hereof.
