Terry Lee Ketcham, 30, 7431 U. S. 23, Risingsun, died today at 1:30 a.m. in a one-truck accident on U. S. 23 and Girton Road, north of Risingsun.

He was born Jan 29, 1946, in Fostoria to George A. and Katherine (Shelton) Ketcham and his mother survives in West Millgrove. On Jan. 27, 1968, he married Connie Sue Miller in Fremont, and she also survives.

Additional survivors include two brothers, Tracy, Wayne; Randall, West Millgrove; a sister, Robin, West Millgrove, a grandmother, Mrs. Eliza Edmunds, West Millgrove. His father and one sister preceded.

Mr. Ketcham had been employed as a laborer at Chrysler Foundry in Fostoria for 11 years. He was a member of the union there, the Fostoria Eagles and Moose lodges, K of P, Bloomdale and the West Millgrove Congregational Church.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Barndt Funeral Home, Wayne, the Rev. John Stevens, pastor of St. James Lutheran Church, Bradner, officiating. Burial will be in Fountain Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.

Cause of Death: Crushed chest.

The vehicle he was driving hit a bridge while he was on his way home from work. Upon investigation, it was determined the vehicle was defective and his widow received a settlement from the manufacturer.
