Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Morton Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home.
Mr. Baker was an Army veteran of World War II and also a prisoner of war for three and a half years in Burma. He worked as a meat inspector for the United States Department of Agriculture.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Baxley of Amarillo and Jackie Gildon of Texarkana, Ark.; two brothers, Don Baker of Lubbock and Ray Baker of Denver City; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to the VA Nursing Home, 6010 W. Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
