Lillie M. Kelley of Heber Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, December 4, 2003, at Southridge Village Nursing and Rehab in Heber Springs. Born September 17, 1931, she was 72. She was the daughter of the late Clarence (C. F.) and May (Horton) Haggard. She was a homemaker and lived the past twenty years around Clarksville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Daniel F. Kelley one son, Daniel Lee Kelley, both of Heber Springs, AR three brothers, Henry Haggard of Walbash, Indiana, Ray Haggard and Johnny Haggard, both of Heber Springs, AR seven sisters, Mary Bogard of Jonesboro, AR Ethel Stanturf of Fort Smith, AR Margie Akers, Dorothy Bufford, Lola Ward, Frankie Thomas, and Margaret Lawson, all of Heber Springs, AR She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
