Age 91, of Cave City, died at T J Samson Community Hospital.

Ozzie received his BS Degree from Bowling Green College of Commerce. He became a certified hotel administrator in 1985.
He was an accountant and office manager for the National Park Concessions at Mammoth Cave National Park, manager of Olympic Operations in Port Angeles, Washington, a board member of Olympic Peninsula Resort Association, vice president of the National Park Concessions for several years, a KY Colonel, a member of Cave City Baptist Church and Cave City Masonic Lodge #790.
He had served on the board of directors of Cave City Chamber of Commerce, a member of Mammoth Cave National Park Association, a director for the Kentucky Motel-Hotel Association, a director for Cave City Lions Club and served as president of Cave City Civitan Club.
Ozzie was honored to be selected for the Who’s Who in Finance and Industry in 1972.
Military:
He served his country honorably and was a United States Navy Veteran, having served during World War II.
Survivors:
His wife; one son: Jonathan Lee Atwell (Tina); one daughter: Cynthia Lisa Burton; four grandchildren: Cynthia Rae Burton, Jeanette Suzanne Burton, Bailey Martina Atwell and Michael Atwell Burton; several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Cave City Baptist Church with Brad Asbury officiating.
Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
