Saturday, June 15, 1968, Beckley Post Herald: Orville Ferguson Dies In Hospital Orville Ferguson, 56, of Beckley, died in a local hospital at 2 p.m. Thursday after a long illness. He was bom in Monroe County, May 1, 1012 and was a son of the late Billy and Jenny Bostic Ferguson. A retired miner, he attended Oak Grove Christian Church. His wife, Anna Mae Johnson Ferguson preceded him in death. He is survived by four daughter, Mrs. Elaine Nary of Beckley, Mrs. Juanlta Waugh of Hnincllc; Mrs. Naomi Adams of Flat Woods, Ky., and Miss Elizabeth Ferguson, at home; three sons, Marion of London; Marshall of Quinton, Va., and Raymond, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Cree and Mrs. Lucille Beckelhiemer. Funeral arrangements are being arranged by Calfee Funeral Home pending completion of arrangements.
