Shawn Posen, 38, Two Rivers, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 from complications of diabetes at a Green Bay hospital.
He was born September 28, 1976 to David Posen and the late Sandra (Gronke) Posen in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
Shawn enjoyed camping, NASCAR Racing, four-wheeling, tinkering with cars and especially enjoyed spending time with his children.
Shawn is survived by his father, David and his wife, Ellie; his son, Aldin Posen; and his two daughters, Alexis Posen and Jessica Thorison; and also many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandy Posen and a brother, Jerry Posen.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay, with a parish wake service at 6:00 pm. Visitation will continue Wednesday, April 1, after 9:30 am at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 2770 South Oneida Street, where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am with the Rev. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Shawn's name.
