Rosemary J. (Blahnik) Younger, age 86, of Green Bay, joined her husband John on Friday, September 2, 2016. She was born in Alaska, Kewaunee to the late Leander and Agnes Blahnik in 1930. She married John Younger on November 8, 1947 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Green Bay. Rosemary was a life-long and very active member of the Eagle's Club in Green Bay, and enjoyed cooking, crafts, bingo and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children, Jack (Sue) Younger, Kathy Cole, Pat Staeven, Randy (Lourdes) Younger, Mary (Larry) Thomas, Julie (Fran) Kaczrouske, Larry (Barb) Younger and Jim (fiancé Patricia) Younger; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister Ruby (Ralph) Kottke; sisters-in-law Marie Blahnik, Clarabelle Younger and Shirley Younger; and her beloved dog, Katie. She is preceded in death by her husband, John; sons, David and Jerry; daughters Janet and Jean; siblings: Randolph, Roland, Leander, Robert, Roy and Rosalie. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 4pm to 7pm. Eagles Service at 6:00pm Tuesday. Visitation continues on Wednesday, at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 2270 S. Oneida St., Green Bay, from 9am to 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Rosemary at 11am with Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Stiles.
