Phyllis, 91, died at 6:17 p.m.

She was the daughter off Frederick John and Eva Chloe (LeViness) Hofmann. On Dec 21, 1949, she married Robert Stanley Conway, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are four children: David (Cheryl Counts), Robin and Scott (Valerie) Conway, all Lima, and April (Terry Fetzer) Conway, FL; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Deceased are four brothers: Charles, Bob, Donald and Marshall; five sisters: Bertha Clark, Louise Delph, Opal Hofmann, Leora Beebe and Bettye Hickey; and a stepson, Robert Eugene Conway.

Her greatest joy was dancing and singing. She loved big band music, Elvis Presley, and country music the most, along with dances at Lincoln Park. She also enjoyed attending her yearly reunions for South High School Class of 1945. She was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 1275 auxiliary and an auxiliary member of the American Legion Post 96 for 68 years, holding several offices.

Services will be at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
