Hollingsworth Rites Conducted Monday
Funeral services for William Argus Hollingsworth, 83, were held Monday, May 25, 1959 at 3:30 p. m. from the Sharon Primitive Baptist Church, with Rev. Stanley Wade officiating. Interment was in the Sharon Cemetery with Ott & Lee Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Hollingsworth passed away in his home Sunday morning after an extended illness. He was a member of the Sharon Primitive Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. W. A. Hollingsworth, Lake, 5 daughters, Mrs. Nora Graham, Bay Springs, Mrs. Lee Stroud, Magdalena, New Mexico, Mrs. C. B. Lee, Mrs. Percy Everett and Mrs. Noel Everett all of Lake, 2 sons, Lewis Hollingsworth, Lake, Irvin Hollingsworth, Mobile, Alabama, 28 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren.
