Irma Grace Stoneman Dugan--Age 82, formerly of Nashville, Tennessee, passed on Thursday, September 4, 2003. Grace was a native of Galax, Virginia, and the daughter of the late Ernest Van "Pop" Stoneman and Harriet E. "Hattie" Frost Stoneman. Preceded in death by late husband, James T. Dugan. Survived by sons, Stephen Jewell of Calabash, North Carolina, William Jewell of Crofton, Maryland; daughter, Donna Kay Wingfield of Smyrna, Tennessee; brother, Gene Austin Stoneman from Edgewater, Maryland; sisters, Pattie Inez "Patsy" Stoneman Murphy of Manchester, Tennessee, Donna Lavergne Stoneman and Veronica "Roni" Stoneman, both of Nashville, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family was held 4-8 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2003, at the Woodfin Funeral Home in Smyrna, Tennessee. Funeral service was conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2003, in the Woodfin Chapel. Grace spent the last year in St. Petersburg, Florida, with her granddaughter, Jennifer Kay Moore. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
