Randall S. Britton, age 70, of Wooster, formerly of Rittman, died Sunday, September 4, 2016, at his residence, following a period of declining health.

Randall was born on July 4, 1946, in Rittman, Ohio, to the late Harry A. and Elizabeth G. (Davis) Britton, Sr., graduated from Rittman High School, class of 1965, and then graduated from the Wooster Business College in 1968. He married Dana Livingston on July 17, 1971, in Sterling.

He worked a short time at Crown Steel in Orrville and then as a supervisor for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services for 34 years, retiring in 2008.

Randall was a member of Rittman Grace Brethren Church. He enjoyed railfanning, travel, including a visit to every one of the lower 48 states, and following high school football and basketball games. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife Dana; four children; seven grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Rittman Grace Brethren Church, 44 South First Street, Rittman, with Rev. Bud Olszewski officiating. Burial will take place at Rittman Cemetery.

Friends may call on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at Auble-Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Drive, Rittman, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
