Harvey Palestrant, 54, of 222 E. Vanderbilt, died Thursday in a local hospital. A supervisor in the supply department at the Naval Air Station, Palestrant had lived here since 1938. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clara Palestrant; three brothers, Millon of Miami Beach, Fla.; Norman of Columbus, Ohio, and Kenneth Palestrant of Clarksburg, W. Va.; and two sisters, Mrs. Lou Goldforb of Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. William Mintzer (Helen) of Dayton, Ohio.
