Angela Kay Sanchez Crutchfield, 31, of Sheridan, died December 2, 1993, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Born August 26, 1962, at Pine Bluff, she was a daughter of Sonny and Sue Sanchez of Sheridan.
She was a cashier for Treats Dairy Queen at Sheridan and a member of Forest Towers Baptist Church.
Other survivors include her husband, Donald Crutchfield of Sheridan; three sons, Donnie Crutchfield, Michael Crutchfield and Damon Crutchfield, all of Sheridan; two brothers, Rickey Sanchez and Robert Sanchez, both of Sheridan; three sisters, Elizabeth Jeffrey of Pine Bluff, and Terri Yates and Mary Yates, both of Sheridan; and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Smith of New Edinburg.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today in Old Marlow Cemetery near Sheridan with Roy Lewis and Jeff Jasso officiating. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
