Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Hinton, 78, of 2712 Dick Taylor St., Monroe, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe B. Mongle officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park cemetery.
Mrs. Hinton died Wednesday in the E. A. Conway Hospital following a short illness.
She is survived by four sons, Clyde Hinton, Monroe, Ernest and James Hinton, both of Houston, Tex., and Paul Hinton, Pasadena, Tex.; two brothers, Clarence Gray of Hico and Jesse Gray of Texas; one sister, Mrs. Rosa Allred, Pascagoula, Miss.; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
