Ada B. Coffman, 86, of Lewisville, died July 12 at The Waters of New Castle. She was born Jan. 2, 1920, a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Stevens.

Mrs. Coffman was a member of Dunreith Christian Church, Lewisville Home Ec. Club and the Hoosier Bard Club. She also worked as a volunteer in the Henry County Memorial Hospital gift shop. She enjoyed playing euchre.

Survivors include a daughter, Rosalyn Sears of Leesburg, Fla.; two sons, Richard (wife, Patty) Coffman and Randy (wife, Sonja) Coffman, both of Lewisville; nine grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burton Coffman, on April 19, 2001; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services were July 14 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel, with Rev. Kenton Smith officiating. Burial followed in Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Visitation was July 14 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association or Tri High Dollars for Scholars with envelopes available at the funeral home.
