for Brent Thomas Abbs:
Brent Thomas Abbs, 26, of Essexville, took his last breath on earth and his first breath in heaven on the morning of Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Brent was born in Midland on May 25, 1988, the son of Guy Pomeroy and Marilyn Sue (Harmon) Abbs. He was a 2006 graduate of Garber High School and went on to attend Central Michigan University and the University of Cincinnati. A dedicated employee of ACE Hardware, while in Michigan, Brent worked for Woodside ACE Hardware and later for Clifton ACE Hardware during his time in Cincinnati. Brent had a true love for fishing and hunting. He will forever be remembered for his larger than life personality, his wonderful smile that would light up the entire room and his awesome hugs. Brent never knew a stranger and loved meeting new people. His compassionate and caring ways will live on in the hearts of his family and friends for generations to come. Left to remember him forever are his loving parents, Guy & Marilyn Abbs. Brent was the younger brother of Chad (Jill) Abbs, Tyler (Stacey Skorupski) Abbs and the proud uncle of Rory Abbs.
