QUIRE, LAWRENCE I., 81, of Bashford Manor Lane, passed away Friday, December 3, 2004, at his residence.
He was a longtime butcher for Scotty's Markets and a US Navy veteran, having served on the battleship USS Texas during World War II.
He leaves to cherish his memory his four children, a sister, 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
The funeral for Mr. Quire will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks, Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd., where family and friends may kindly visit from 3-9 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Penn Run Memorial Park.
