Doris Charlotte Davis Hall, 77, resident of 112 Reynolds Avenue, wife of James Robert Hall died September 12, 2016 at Hospice House.
Born in Laurens, December 29, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Lovice Belle McKee Davis and was a retired florist.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Hall; son-in-law, Rick Collins; and grandson, Jason Garvin.
Surviving in addition to her husband of sixty-two years of the home are a daughter, Debbie Collins of Elloree; three sons, John Hall and wife Linda of Summerville, Richard Hall of Ridgeville and James Hall and wife Joanne of Eutawville; five grandchildren, Kenneth Garvin and wife Michelle of Ladson, Allison Hall of Munich, Germany, Jamie Hall of Summerville, Damian Hall of Greenville and Amanda Hall of Eutawville; a brother, Thomas Davis of Santee; four sisters, Millie Burton of Honea Path, Luvenia Dorn and husband Barney of Troy, Sherry Davis and husband Billy of McCormick and Juanita Hayes of Bristol, TN; and several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 4:00 PM from the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Dorn officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 PM at Carolina Memorial Gardens in North Charleston.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday from 3:00PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
