WILMA A. HUFFMAN, age 77, of Greensburg, formerly of Marion, died at 4:35 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2006, in The Indiana Heart Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.
WILMA was born on February 17, 1929, in Kokomo, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ernest and Esther (Powell) Ewing. She married Wayne L. Huffman on September 23, 1950. He preceded her in death on July 15, 2002.
She was a graduate of the Indiana School for the Deaf, Indianapolis, Indiana. She worked at Delco Remy, Kokomo for 20 years, retiring in 1968. She attended Sunnycrest Baptist Church, Marion.
Survivors include son, Richard M. Huffman (Dawn) of Greensburg, Indiana, daughter, Rebecca A. Huffman of Ohio, son, Terry Lee Huffman (Margie) of TraFalgar, Indiana, son Michael L. Huffman, Sr. (Aileen) of Marion, Indiana, daughter, Rosalie Joan Birnell of Huntington, Indiana, 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Evalia Newton.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2006, in Raven-Choate Funeral Home with the Reverend Tom Mansbarger officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana.
