Augustin, Horst Walter "Walt" Walter Augustin of Norton Shores was born in Elbing, East Prussia on November 23, 1935 to the late Walter and Gertrude Augustin and passed away on August 20, 2016.
Walter is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia; daughter, Karin (Dan) Pringle; sister, Helga. Along with his parents Walter was preceded in death by his sister, Inga and a brother, Munfred.
Walter emigrated to the United States in 1957 and worked as a Master Painter and Wallpaperer. A hard working family man, he will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Shoreline Memorial Services Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Norton Cemetery.
