Carol Anne Supple Shay 1957-2008 Carol Anne Supple Shay was born on September 18, 1957 to Andrew Thomas and Rose Puskarich Supple and passed away in her home on January 19, 2008 after a 10 year battle with cancer. Carol grew up in the Norwalk/Cerritos area and attended Gahr High School. She loved working for Nordstrom in the fashion jewelry department. She was promoted to manager of St. John department. Carol loved fashion. Everyone she met was impressed with her sense of style. Her class, style and grace will never be forgotten. She will be remembered for her big, beautiful million dollar smile. Her favorite time of year was Christmas. She was loved by so many. Her early life-long friends who were also her family. She will be in our hearts and souls forever. She is survived by her mother, Rose Supple; brothers, Martin and Andrew; and fiance David.
