Services for Nancy L. Heineman, of Bella Vista, Ark., are 10 a.m. Thursday, March 16, at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, in Bella Vista, with burial in Bella Vista Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
Mrs. Heineman, 58, died March 11, 2006, at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Ark. She was born in Hazlehurst on Nov. 15, 1947, to T.C. Maxwell and Betty Tillman Maxwell. She was reared in Brookhaven, where her parents currently live.
She moved to Bella Vista seven years ago from Memphis, Tenn., to be close to her family. She worked for Dr. Todd Hannah for several years and recently worked with the Bentonville Women's Clinic. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Survivors are her husband of 21 years, Ralph W. Heineman, of Bella Vista; her parents; her son, Lance Smith, of Wesson; her daughter, Samantha Brooks and husband, Lee, of Lowell, Ark.; her brother, Don Maxwell, of Clinton; her sisters, Gale White and husband, Mike, and Jan Thurman, all of Brookhaven; and her grandchildren, Lauren Brooks and Zane Brooks, of Lowell.
