Annastina Peterson was born Nov. 15, 1832, in Ostergotland, Sweden, where she spent her early life and received her education. She was united in marriage with John Loving in Sweden in 1858. She came to the United States and directly to Rock Island with her husband in 1881. He preceded her in death 24 years.
Two daughters, Mrs. Charles Loving and Mrs. anna Brostrom of Rock Island, with whom Mrs. Loving made her home at the time of her death, survive, besides three grand children and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. S. W. Woodbarn, pastor of the Gloria Del United Presbyterian church will officiate. Interment will be in Chippiannock cemetery. The family requests that no flowers be sent.
